Imagine the extra time you’d gain if you could forego the hassle of preparing dinner even for just a few nights each week! What wonderful things would you do with that time? I can make that a reality! After an initial consultation to determine your preferences, I will plan, shop for, prepare and package a delectable selection of entrees and side dishes just for you. Food will be left in your fridge (or freezer) with heating instructions. Your kitchen will be left spotless and all cooking trash removed.
Omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, Whole 30? I can craft meals or meal plans to meet those guidelines. I truly believe in the concept of “food as medicine,” but that medicine has to meet our individual needs and most of all must taste great!
I use local and seasonal produce and meats, support regional farms and suppliers to ensure the ingredients in your meals are of the highest possible quality.
Cost of services varies based upon your personal preferences, and there is plenty of flexibility. I’d love to talk with you and develop a plan that is right for you!
